For all my fellow petite women …
how many calories do you eat daily to lose weight? And how many calories to maintain? Actually realise being just under 5ft is damn hard when trying to lose weight and restrict calories

I am 51 years old, I am 5 foot 3. I weigh 9 stone 5. I would love to be 9 stone but look ok so not going to meal skip or anything, being hungry is the worst.

I maintain at between 1500 and 1700 cals a day.

I exercise every day though, power walks with weights, running, swimming, spin and yoga. Plus dog walks.

Same as PP if out I choose the fish, the salad, avoid cheesy saucy things, never eat fast food, cakes, chocolate, biscuits. I have trained myself "not to like them". I guess it's dull but I don't want to be fat or larger than I am. I do drink though
