Help with 1800 calories

I’ve been winging it for the last 4 months. Started at 18st 10lbs and am now 16st 10lb. I’ve go to the gym every other day and do 45 min cardio and some resistance machines. I have cut out chocolate, crisps and fizzy drinks. I find it easier to have none than some. I’d like to get a grip of what I’m eating now. It’s becoming a bit of a struggle as I’m getting bored. I asked ChatGPT to work out how many calories I need to eat to help me lose 2lb a week. It took into account my activity levels and came up with 1800 calories. I’m not an adventurous eater and don’t like fruit at all. I eat weetabix for breakfast, sandwich for lunch and something like chicken korma for tea. Sometimes a small tin of ravioli on toast or an omelet. I’ve gone off red meat. I like chicken. Don’t like fish. Like carrots and cabbage. I’m looking for quick and easy meal ideas to help me stick to 1800 calories.

Well done on the loss so far!! The only way I've found to lose weight successfully was when I was diagnosed as pre diabetic. I cut out all sugar, upped my protein and veg and cut carbs drastically.
Eggs for breakfast, wrap with chicken/ham/cheese and salad for lunch, meat/fish and veg with a small amount of rice for dinner

I’ve been losing weight on a similar amount. I’ve just dropped from 1850 to 1750, having lost 3 1/2 stone. I have a very sweet tooth, so do include several nice snacks in a day, I stick to it much better that way.
For main meals, I eat quite a variety, but use MFP to count calories, and switch higher calorie ingredients for alternatives. Pinch of Nom is a good website, and actually ChatGPT has come up with some good recipes after someone here recommended it.

I’ve looked at MFP recently and it seems harder to use than years ago. Possibly easier with a subscription.
