What is the lowest calorie meal to order in the Chinese?
Boiled rice, non - battered chicken or beef and a soy sauce based sauce (vs sugary one?)

For the lowest calorie meal at a Chinese restaurant, focus on steamed or stir-fried dishes with lean protein and vegetables, and opt for brown rice or avoid rice altogether. In the end I chose breast of chicken (not battered) with broccoli. And boiled rice.
