Just a wide scale on Lose IT, from about 250 to 800 calories!

Depends how much topping.. I'd say about 800 ish

Putyourshoesonnownownow · 07/01/2025 22:20

Nutracheck says 435 cals without butter.

LegoTherapy · 07/01/2025 22:25

Weigh it all and add it up.

FrangipaniBlue · 07/01/2025 22:41

I'd say close to 800

1/2 tin of beans = 200
Baked potato = 200
50g grated Red Leicester = 200 (in reality I'd probs my have double!!)
Knob of butter 100-150

Absolutely this. Cheese is the devil for calories! It's devastating measuring it with a scale rather than my heart 😂

@Throwaway0912 🤣🤣🤣🤣

warmbath · 08/01/2025 18:33

@Throwaway0912 I had one today as I was freezing but no more - cheese is my enemy whilst I try to wack off my Christmas excesses 🙈

Jacket potato and beans, free on slimming world. Lose the cheese and butter.

MyIvyGrows · 08/01/2025 18:40

You’d need to weigh all the elements separately, as a sizeable potato with a spoonful of beans and 20g of cheese would be less than a small-ish tatie with a full 400g can and a load of cheese.

the more you weigh stuff the easier it gets to estimate

wholeeverything · 17/02/2025 17:46

Try using parmesan (or another strong cheese) instead of cheddar. You need far less to get a cheese kick because it's so strong, so calories are also less.

DeepFatFried · 17/02/2025 18:28

I would have 25g of cheese on one half, beans on the other, and no butter.
