Low calorie snacks

Ideally I'd eat 3 meals a day and that would do but for reasons I won't bore you with I sometimes have to eat my evening meal very early, so have the munchies by 9pm or have to eat very late so need something 5ish to carry me through.

Fruit, veg sticks, cereal, cupasoups etc are obvious choices but am looking for snacks I might learn to enjoy as much as crisps, cheese & biscuits, chocolate, cake. (I don't normally buy those things but we had them over Christmas and I'm missing them ! )Think I'd be better able to stick to calorie plan if I had some more satisfying snack ideas. Thank you

Popcorn
Hard boiled eggs
Breadsticks and hummus instead of cheese and crackers?
Weigh out a portion of nuts (I love nuts, they're so filling)

Thanks @BrandNewFor2022 - weighing is nuts definitely a good idea!

If you want crisps, skips, quavers, watsots and snack-a-jacks are all low cal options.
Alpen light, coco pops or frostie cereal bars.
Small chocolate bars like a 2 finger KitKat, one finger twix, all come in around 100 kcals
Dark choc covered rice cakes
Frozen berries are very low cal and for some reason frozen is different from eating regular fruit.
High protein yogurts
Veg sticks- carrot, sugar snap peas, baby corn, pepper
A boiled egg
Slice of deli meat or a smear of Philadelphia on a rice cake or ryvita add sliced cucumber and/or tomato to make it feel like an open Face sandwich
Half a sandwich thin toasted with low fat spread...

Drink plenty of fluids too so you're not confusing thirst for hunger.

Also fruity/herbal teas give you something to sip on that has flavour that'll stop you eating whilst you drink it.

A spoon of apple cider vinegar in water can help quash cravings, but don't overdo it as it can cause gastric problems. One or two cups per day

Fizzy water may help to make you feel full

I just eat the snacks I like within a 100cal limit - so lower calorie crisps like quavers, frazzles, snack a jacks. If I’m still hungry I’ll also munch on veg sticks.
I also allow myself 100cal chocolate bars like Kit Kats. It reduces cravings. If I’m starving I bulk this up with ryvita and fat free cream cheese

I make a sort of trifle thing - basically just make up some sugar free jelly (I prefer to make my own from the sachets rather than the ready made pots- I find them a bit watery so I make the sachet ones with less water than it recommends) you can also add fruit to the jelly layer if you want- raspberries etc but I usually don’t bother. and then I add a small pot of low sugar custard on top (under 100 calories in total and feels like a nice sweet desert and a pretty big portion)

I also like the laughing cow light blue cheese triangles (I think they’re about 25 calories per triangle) in either celery or with some crackers/rice cakes.

I also make a large decaf ice coffee with almond milk, a little bit of sugar free caramel syrup and lots of ice. Feels like a treat to me.
