Low cal breakfast no eggs, milk or yoghurt

I need to lose weight but struggling to think what to have for breakfast as I don’t like eggs, milk (any sort) or yoghurt. I usually have toast or tea cake with butter but not great options for losing weight!

Just like normal roasties but a bit smaller parboil then spray with a low cal oil spray drizzle with marmite (I warm it up in the microwave so it's runny) and roast.

Turkey bacon on bagel with philly, or toast and tomatoes; or with beans

Veggie sausages

Beans on toast

Smoked haddock and spinach

Turkey bacon blt

I’m trying to up my protein and calorie count, so I use lots of the turkey bacon and small loaves so it tricks my mind into thinking I’ve had two slices, for the calories of one.

I also have turkey sausages to try

Small slice of wholemeal toast with 1tbsp of peanut butter

@grey12

Just to leave an idea:

I'm a snacker and I actually lost weight when I started having a bigger breakfast! Shock big breakfast = no snacking until lunch = huge difference!! I was shocked! I used to barely have breakfast and be very stuck on my weight and then I miraculously lost 2kg without doing anything else!

Or alternatively skip breakfast and eat lunch as your first meal. Google intermittent fasting.

Have one slice of toast

Or switch to tiny bread.

Thanks all, some great suggestions. Think I need to get my head around eating non breakfast foods in the morning.

@Etinox that could work as well Wink I have big issues with "hanger" and even shaking and feeling dizzy if I leave too much time between eating, but religious fasting doesn't trigger any of it. Fasting isn't nearly as difficult as everyone expects

If you like toast then have some toast, but perhaps try and have some protein with it to help keep you full, and limit how much bread you have at other times during the day.

That’s so interesting, I get incredibly hangry and as a result have always avoided contemplative fasting. I’d always also avoided intermittent fasting thinking it meant whole days of abstinence but missing breakfast and not snacking all evening is easy and effective.
