Tips for gaining some weight?

I recently lost weight after having my second. Most was intentional as I was slightly overweight, but the last stone disappeared without trying as we've been very busy. Im not underweight but could definitely do with gaining half a stone as my chest is a little bony and my face/legs are a little bit thin. I'm not one of these 'I eat one lettuce leaf then I'm stuffed for days'. I have 3 square meals a day and usually something small before bed. I've tried to eat more but since losing weight, my appetite has naturally adjusted. I've been trying to eat more but within a few days, I just feel constantly full, bloated and uncomfortable so naturally want to regulate to have a few lighter days.

I already eat full fat, olive oil, etc.

Typical day is:
40g porridge with 200ml whole milk, and fruit/nuts for breakfast
Lunch is a jacket potato, toastie and salad, or homemade soup with bread or sandwich, followed by fruit and Full fat Yogurt. Occasionally some cake.
Dinner varies but typical pasta, fish and chips, fajitas, curry, and so on.
Before bed, it's either a few squares of dark chocolate, cheese and biscuits or a hot chocolate.

I've started snacking on nuts more, adding cream to soup, etc but I've still lost a couple of pounds this week 🤷

I've tried eating more and adding a slice of toast with peanut butter for breakfast, for example, but then I'm not hungry for a whole afterwards. I'm forcing myself to eat when I'm not hungry to get the calories in but I just feel uncomfortable.

Any suggestions on how to gain some weight?

Have you seen your doctor? Unexplained weight loss needs looking at if you’re eating enough.

I’d use MFP to make sure you’re actually eating the right number of calories.

Are you eating all of the food you serve yourself?

It can look like an adequate diet but if you often leave food on your plate you may be eating less than you think especially if portion sizes are on the small side.

If you are eating all of what you've listed you need to see a Dr.

I think I'd see a doctor in case of issues ie thyroid.

I do need to speak to doctor about my periods and have wondered if it's thyroid but life gets in the way (I have two very small children).
Pericomotoes yes, I eat everything on my plate, even if I don't want it or am full, as I'm trying to not lose more/gain some back. And I don't have miniscule portions either.

What’s happened with your periods? It could be linked with the weight loss (thyroid).

purple daisies since having my daughter 6 months ago, ovulation and weeks leading up to menstruation has been much more painful but periods are much lighter. Just feel wiped out for 2-3 weeks a month, more than before I got pregnant with her.

Also affecting bowel movements from ovulation to period (as in, not able to go without some form of laxative, despite a generally balanced diet)
