Maintaining weight loss

I have managed to lose 2 stone this year through a mixture of stress/excitement at starting a new business and calorie counting using My Fitness Pal.
But.. now that the business has settled into itself a little bit and the weather has turned colder i am starting to put it back on.
How can I maintain this weight or even keep going down so that i can reach my goal?
I have gone up and down a little as the year has gone by but ultimately it has gone down. But this feels different. I feel I've lost it.

It seems to be harder than ever all of a sudden. Its like I just want to eat everything! I'm tired and cold and hungry. And i suppose i can take the foot off the pedal a little on the business side of things so its like ive just relaxed the diet too.

I was half a stone away from my goal but now gone up to a stone away. Im going in the wrong direction!!
I just can't find the motivation. I need a healthy autumn/winter diet. Or more to the point i just need to not over eat the healthy stuff.

I need a kick up my (soon-to-be lardy again) arse.

Hello. Unfortunately, I don't know and would love to know.
My situation is similar: I got fit over the last few months, side effect was large weight loss. I have now stabilised. However... I'm still exercising lots and on a low calorie count per day. I was hoping that stabilising would include a higher calorie count per day than I was on during the get fit / weight loss months. Instead, my weight is stable eating the (infamous?) MyFitnessPal "1200 + whatever you earn from exercise".

So, does anyone have good ideas to help OP and me maintain our current weight without having to exercise loads or stick to a lower than desired calorie count? 1200 is not a lot!

Thank you.
