Post partum weight loss...help

Hi, (hope I’m posting this in the right bit!). I am almost 9 weeks post partum with my first child and now 2.5 stone overweight (I don’t carry it well as I am only 5ft). I have been eating healthy for the past month and walking with the pram most days and my weight has not budged one pound. I haven’t struggled to lose weight before this although I have always had to watch what I eat as I can put on weight easily. Is this the norm after pregnancy or am I doing something wrong? My average day is porridge and blueberries for breakfast, salad for lunch and meat with vegetables for dinner. I snack on things like a bowl of cornflakes, fruit or rice cakes. I try to drink as much water as possible too. Thankyou in advance. X

Can you please tell me your weight in kg and how many steps you do a day on your Fitbit
Also if you please give me the exact ingredients for each recipe then I can calculate what the problem is and give you a new diet plan to use

Hi there, it can be tough losing weight after a baby as your hormones can have a big effect on it, especially if you're breastfeeding. I'm a women's personal trainer (and mum of 2) and I've written a blog with some tips, feel free to have a read and ask me any questions. Sx
