6 months after birth and heavier than ever!

Now I know this is entirely my fault as I just can't stop eating junk, but I weigh more now at 6 months PP than I did right after birth. I just don't know how to fit in exercise when I'm so tired from the sleepless nights and I find I give up on diets after a couple of days cos I can't take the headaches I get from it. I used to be 8 stone before getting pregnant, then went up to 9 and a half after pregnancy and now I'm 10 and a half!!
How does anyone manage to stick at the diet and get through the awful headache/tiredness/irritability stage with a 6 month old to look after?! I just want to fit into my old clothes again. Blush

I'm in the same boat, nearly 5 months plans haven't lost anything since week 1 pp.
9stone when I got pregnant, now 10st12lbs I know exactly what I need to do, eat better and move more, but how do people manage with a baby!!

I find it soo difficult! I know everyone says "just get out of the house and go for a walk" but by the time you've managed to get ready and go out you're already knackered and just want to come home and sleep! And then I find that I end up eating a load of sugary junk to give me an energy boost.

Make sure you don’t exceed eating 1500 calories every day. Fill your diet with lots of fruits and veggies! Soup is also great because it isn’t loaded with calories and it can be quite filling. Stay away from pop, chips and any junk food. Try drink mummy magic weight loss tea every day to boost your metabolism and for healthy weight loss.
