Massive sugar addict here. Usually we would be talking at least a total of 7 spoons of sugar in tea and coffee just before midday. Biscuits with tea, chocolate bars with lunch, fizzy drinks or juices, pudding/chocolate and sweets after dinner.
I decided to cut out sugar 10 days ago, so I went cold turkey and have stopped all sugar in hot drinks, only drinking water no squash, no chocolate or juice with lunch and no sweets after dinner.
How long does it take to notice a difference. I see people saying how they feel less sluggish, loose weight, skin feels better ect but I have noticed no difference at all. Wondering wether it's actually worth keeping it up, if after 10 days I haven't noticed any difference?
