There is an ongoing issue within the school playground and an 11 year old p6 boy has said on multiple occasions that he is going to rape my 2 year old daughter and cousin. For context this boy is in my nephews class and is showing worrying behaviour such as putting his finger up his peers bums. This has been reported to the school and my nephew ended up getting attacked by him where he ended up in A&E after this child jumped on his head. The problem is that his mum is going about the playground distorting the truth to the playground parents. She has also accosted my nephew with another parent. I’m appalled at this behaviour and my daughter is going to be going to the school nurserry after the summer holidays and I am so scared to send her as this boy will be in P7 at the same school. To top it off I’m currently pregnant with my second so am apprehensive about this women’s actions if confronted.

Will they be in the same area of the school? We’ve moved a lot between Edinburgh and London, and in each primary, the kids p1-p4/5
are in a different area to the kids in p5/6-7. That sounds really scary, is there any way you can file some kind of report? Or would you not want to do that to an 11 year old?

I would make a report to Social Services (Social Care) because a child in primary school should not really have the understanding of raping a very young child. Even if consent has been taught in sex ed classes, this sort of threat/comment is not normal or acceptable.
This could indicate that the P6 child may have been the subject of sexual abuse - which does not have to be physical.
A threat to your very young child may remain that but another child may be seriously harmed.
I would take this very seriously and as I said, report and seek advice.

must report to DSL

Social services. At best the older boy is being allowed access to completely inappropriate material. He may well be being abused.
