That is where some journalists, and I use this word loosely, take attack as the first line of defence when reminded of the feeding choice they may have made or had thrust upon them.
The Deputy editor of Mother & Baby Magazine wrote this one as a longer 'viewpoint'. What she was doing was pretending to be a regular reader at the time.
