20 month old baby - tips on stopping breast feeding

I fed my first two children until they were about 1 year old when they just lost interest and it fizzled out. My third is just having one feed at bedtime. She eats really well and I enjoy her nighttime snuggle and feed. Sometimes she will try to lift up my top and feed during the day. I don't let her do this but she is getting pushier rather than just dropping it. It is time to stop I think but I do't know how to go about it. Any tips welcome.

I found that stopping daytime feeds with my DCs was about distraction and replacement.
Think about why she might be asking for a feed at that particular moment and offer a suitable replacement.
If she's thirsty, offer a drink.
If she's hungry, offer some food.
If she's bored, distract her with a game or book.
If she's tired and in need of being close to mummy, just offer a cuddle.
I found that it was a case of letting the child realise that she doesn't actually need the milk anymore.
