'Satined' bottles from dishwasher

Quick question.

Have started putting 10 mo DD3's bottles into dishwasher to clean them (after giving good rinse with hot soapy water). Put on 75deg cycle. Have noticed that the Tommy Tippee bottles are gradually getting more and more of a slight orange tinge. I know they are clean, but they look slightly grubby.

Is there anything I can use to get rid of this orange tint? Milton? Obviously not bleach. Or should I just throw away and start again and keep them clear of the dishwasher?

Thanks

Sorry.

Title should obviously read, 'STAINED' bottles from dishwasher.

It's been a long weekend......

I would guess its maybe just tomato type stain? Like, if you had bolognaisey stuff in the dishwasher?

If that's all it is I probably wouldn't worry because they're clean

I know milton will get orangey stains off my white blender bits, you could always give it a try.

If it's tomato stains then try putting them on the windowsill in strong sunlight for a day.

I agree - try bright sunlight.

Milton Sterilizing tablets worked for me, leave them in over night and they might come out cleaner - over time they always slightly change colour but I agree most off putting. However Milton tablets worked for me. HTH
