Sterilised Bottles

I have a Philips digital steam steriliser, which I have been using according to the instructions for the 24 hour cycle i.e. putting all the bottes in and only getting one out when needed. Sometimes I get one out in advance if I am going out, so I am wondering what the harm is in doing this for all he bottles once they have been sterilised once.

The problem is I can't dry them when they come out of the steriliser otherwise they obviously then won't be sterile, and the bottles and components will still be quite wet until they get used - isn't it a breeding ground for bacteria if they are left damp?

According to my steriliser manual, it says to use a bottle within 3 hours of sterilising. If I'm going out and need a bottle, I try it with some kitchen roll or blast it with my hair dryer

dry it, not try it!

i take them straight out of the steriliser when they are cool enough to touch, put he lids on and use them as and when. i keep up tp all day and resterilise at night. I assumed that if they had been sterilised, there wouldn't be any bacteria to multiply, damp or not.
