My little boy now 6 months was like this.In his case it was colic but mostly trapped wind. I found old fashioned gripe water worked best and putting him over my shoulder and almost tickling/rubbing his left hand side worked.
Being sick 1 hour after a feed is known as posseting and is usually normal. What worked for me was settling Sam in to a routine so he was not over tired when he ate, too hungry or not hungry at all too. This worked for me but every baby is different. If I honest actually this completely changed everything and made everything much more relaxed.
I bought a book which really helped me. It asks you to write down the babies feed times and then settle the baby in to a routine (not as strict as Gina Ford!). The general idea is eat, play, nap, nappy change, eat etc at set times. For a 2 month old this would prob be (2.5-3 hourly);
7am wake , change nappy
7.15am feed, play time, nap (ard 8am)
9.15 Wake baby, change nappy and top and tail and dress him
9.30 feed, play time, nap 10ish
11.45 wake baby , change nappy
12 feed, play nap 12.45ish
14.15 wake baby chnage nappy
14.30 feed, play, nap 15.15ish
16.45 wake baby no nappy change
17.00 feed and put down for nap
18.00 wake baby play time
18.15 bath, massage, night clothes on
19.00 feed, lights low no talking and put to bed
I'm teaching you to suck eggs here it just meant that when Sam was eating he was completely relaxed and ready for it. The routines adjust as your baby gets older book is baby secrets by Jo Tantum.
