Dr Brown bottles- is it ok to put in dishwasher?

And do you think it's worth sterilizing after this? with ds1 we did for first 6 months. tempted not to with ds2 though.

I've been both handwashing and sticking them in the dishwasher for the last 8 months and they're still ok. They tend to get a slight discolouration on them and you have to watch that the teats don't get flipped upside down and catch all the dity water, but otherwise, fine.

Patty: I put Tommee tippee in d/washer, then friend told me not to. So started hand washing them...

Same friend now washes hers in dishwasher.

I would still sterilise till at least 6 mo.

I mainly bf so new to ff/ bottles thing but read v good thread on it.

thanks i have looked up some old threads and sounds like it's ok to put them in the dishwasher. I wish the dishwasher had a sterilizer section in it!

I still sterilise mine after using the dishwasher too. And make sure you put them on the top rack.
