no way is she 1 !! that's flown by !!

cows milk, organic if you can. some people prefer to phase it in , mixed with formula for a few days or replace one feed a day, others just stop formula and start cow's milk.

Thanks Lulu, can I ask why organic? Is there gninly a difference? Only our local shop doesn't do organic but if its better then we can geti in

Goat's milk's also an option as it's much more gentle than cow's milk, and children with cow's milk intolerance can normally tolerate goat's much better.

The reason that organic milk is good is that milk concentrates chemicals drawn into the body. Given that there are fewer restrictions on the amounts of chemicals which can be put onto cow's grass and feed, versus what can go onto veg grown for humans to eat, there's more going in - and it's getting concentrated within the milk.

Clearly it's all within government limits anyway, and should be perfectly safe, it just depends on where your focus lies on reducing toxic load. There's plenty of other areas of household toxins which are much more worrying, IYSWIM.
