The medela swing is supposed to be great will have a look and see how much they are.

£83.18 Tesco so top end of your budget
I used an ordinary Medela electric pump which is much cheaper but apparently these are like the rolls royce of pumps and are much more effective.

They are brand new on ebay with postage for under £80

Ameda Lactalines are the dogs, and sell well within your budget second hand on ebay. And they are hospital grade, so everything can be sterilised properly

If you've not taken the Mini Medela, I have an Ameda Lactaline (dual collection kit so can do both sides at once for speed). If you want it, let me know - with P&P say £60 including 4 unopened storage bottles that connect to the pump so you can avoid having to sterilise more than you need to (Axifeed BPA-free 100ml)? Should add it doesn't have breastshields with it, though you can buy them. Our local BFC advises women not to use them as it decreases the suction but I used the one from my Avent handheld and that worked fine.
