Discreet breastfeeding vests needed

Hello

Does anyone know where I could buy the type of b'feeding vests that have the slit opening under the boobs? The type that 'Boob' sell are ideal but not for £28 + each!

I live in London but would prefer to shop online as DS is constantly feeding and it's impossible to leave the house

Thanking you x

You don't need them necessarily. Best MN tip I ever got was just wear two thin stretchy ones, then one goes up, other goes down and you're free to 'rearrange as required.

But Mothercare do sell them as you asked for, but I didn't use mine as compared to the 2 vest method, they were too fiddly and revealing.

I agree. Just get some stretchy vests. H & M maternity ones are good. All of the specialist bf tops I have seen are less than discreet and involve contorting your boob through odd shaped holes. The vest method means that no extra skin is exposed at all. Ds is 10 mo now and noone would know I wasn't just giving him a cuddle, and my boobs are huge

I liked the h+m nursing vests. Much less faff than a bra, and comfier. I think they were £14 for a pack of 2, one black one white.

mothercare do breastfeeding vests. they're about a tenner, seven quid in the sale. they're great. i have 5 and have worn one every day since dd was born, last november.

Completely agree on the H&M nursing vests - I tried a few others and they were/are definitely the best! I have been wearing them constantly for the past seven months. Some others that are good are the long nursing tops with bra (as described on website!) from From Here to Maternity. They do run a bit small though (i.e. long and thin), although that may have been due to my post-birth love handles...

Oh ace thanks! Will send husband into town for some h&m's next week I didn't really think about nursing things before DS's birth and I have nothing to wear which is suitable so spend large amounts to time with entire breasts exposed!

Agree with wearing just a normal vest.
I have a load of Tesco value ones and put them on under any normal top I am wearing.
When I need to feed, I pull my top up and pull the vest down under my boob.
Very little is on show, costs way less than nursing tops and its all clothes I can wear after I finish feeding.

I was recommended the breastvest by a friend - they are £15 but samples are just £9. They are great, you wear them under any normal top and they come to just below your bra without the need for pulling any tops down or feeling half dressed. They are available online if you google breastvest.
