Cows milk for 1+

DD currently is feeding morning and night.
I am going back soon and am going to miss a bedtime feed and the morning feed of the following day.

I've tried offering cows milk straight from the fridge in a beaker and sippy cup. I dont know whether its an expectation thing or whether DD really isnt that interested, she has maybe about 20ml. She pushes it away when DP offers as well (I was hiding in the other room).

Can anyone tell me how much cows milk or EBM their 13mo have.
Do you offer it warmed up a bit or straight from the fridge?

It's not that bad if she doesnt have any milk for the bedtime and the morning of the following day... is it?

It's a bit cold straight from the fridge. 1pt a day is enough, remember that some of this goes into food/cheese/yogurt. She can have it when she wants, she will not eat if she has too much milk/at the wrong time of the day though.

350mls is the minimum recommended from 1 year. This includes milk in cereal,in foods, other dairy products as well as non dairy sources of calcium. I gave ds his cup of cold milk along with his breakfast and let him feed it to himself. I also just gave him his pm cup of milk to drink by himself.

I find if i warm it slighty then dd's will drink it. Although dd1 (5yrs) will drink at least 2 beackers a day each about 6oz, where as dd2 (19mths) will drink about 5oz a day if i'm lucky so i give her lots of dairy.

Does she take a bottle? I've found with both of mine that they'll drink water and fruit juice from a beaker but not milk, so I carried on giving them warmed cows' milk in a bottle first thing in the morning and last thing at night with beakers for drinks in the day. I wanted dd1 especially to continue with the milk as she was a faddy eater. It worked for me and they didn't notice the difference in taste of the milk.

She hasn't had a bottle in a long time and I think it would be a step back if we tried to introduce one now.

May try warming it a little more.

She eats lots of cheese and yogurt and has cereal everyday, so maybe I shouldn't be too worried.
