How to get BF baby to take a bottle?

My son is 6 months old and still won't take a bottle.
It doesn't matter if its EBM or formula nor if it's me, DH or granny that tries. The most he has ever taken in 10ml.
We use Tomme Tippee closer to nature. We've gone from slow to fast flow teats because my own flow is super fast (sprays every where speed)!

Can anyone help?

I agree with you lotster re. the bouncer. Ds2 definately won't drink from a bottle if I hold him, but we have now had 3 successes using the MAM whilst he is in his bouncer. Milk has to be REALLY warm too, almost to the point where I think it must be too hot for him . Odd little fellow

popsycal is right...

MAM teats all the way.

They are amazing at getting your child to wean.

My little girl took to them staight away.

Update! Tried the MAM teat in response to suggestions on here and it's working. DD2 has taken a small bottle every day since trying them!

By the way, any advice on the teat sizes please?

I feel like I'm failing with so manyothers getting great results from the advice.

DS is still happily playing with the MAM teat but absolutley nothing is going down. I despair of ever getting him to take the bottle. I even left him with my mum (who 'cracked' my DD) but she had no luck either.

DH says that I deserve to have a day off and should book myself a spa day (how nice) but how can I if the little blighter won't take on any liquids. I can hardly enjoy myself whilst he is a home desicating.

Lots of people here speak well of Breastflow bottles, but have you thought of a Doidy cup? By 5 months a cup should be possible, and it's a technique he needs to master anyway, which a bottle isn't, iyswim.
