I haven't trained with them but I work alongside a BfN trained person at a drop-in and she is FANTASTIC. If it fits for you then I would say - go for it. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
The only thing that I find confusing is that their 'counsellor' level qualification doesn't use the term 'counsellor' but is called 'BfN Supporter'. This gets confusing as it suggests they are equal to peer supporters or ABM mother supporters which they are not. The number of different labels out there does not help confidence in new mothers.

i did my training with them to be a bfn helper (mums that help mums) it was great! and after passing i was able to go straight in to the supporter training (more on the medical issues mastitus thrush sleepy babies prem bagies ect) this also allows you to visit mums at home and do hospital visits and its all free training it fitted around my children ones 3 and the other 23 weeks they paid for the crech time aswell and let me take lo into lessons all in all fantastic
