Baby pulls away angrily at end of feed and cries

Does it sound like she's still hungry?
DD2 is 5 1/2 months. She pulls away after a few minutes, when I can feel my let-down reflex has stopped. Then she tries to suckle again but seconds later pulls away again, sometimes tugging on my nipple. She does this a few times then arches back and cries. I've tried swapping sides etc.

Wind? Arching the back defo sounds like wind.

DS used to do this and be really cross, although he clearly still wanted more he would fuss and wouldn't latch back on until a big burp had been extracted. He was probably younger than 5 months though....

Could be teething? The suction hurts their gums.

go on kellymom.com, they have excellent tips. this hapened with my dd,i thought she wasn't getting enough milk but after reading about it i found her behaviour tallied with a fast let down(although i couldn't feel it). i altered the position i was feeding her in and it soon settled.

What position did you alter to gok?

i lay down flat (although this made my back ache terribly at first cos i was so tense), and also lay on my back at 45 degrees IYSWIM, as gravity slows the flow of milk...didn't have to feed her like that for long, just until she got used to the faster flow...she was around 3months tho...i also thought teething Rasperyblower...DD over 6 months now but got 2 teeth and doesn't feed well at all if her gums hurt.

Is she otherwise well? Has this just started today or something she's been doing for the last few feeds?

We've both had colds and she's still a bit snotty. I'm feeling run-down and tired; in-laws have been here for the week and I don't really feel confident about BF around them. DD's not normally a "windy" baby.
I usually have a fast let-down to start with but also have had supply issues (taking domperidone).
