OK, suspect am being pathetic here. Have managed to get to 9 months BF, DS is now on three solid meals a day and 2 snacks (we are BLW) and he still has 3 milkies - one in the morning, one mid afternoon and the one last thing in the evening.
Well, everything is going swimmingly but he's got four teeth now and I keep on remembering a horror story my friend told me about being bitten by her 12 mo, getting infected and being rushed into hospital and doing an "emergency stop". Am flinching now every time we feed. Now I realise that this is a v. unusual case but I am getting nervous and I think DS is picking up on it.
Does biting happen alot or am I getting my knickers in twist??? I don't want to introduce formula if I don't have to. What age is normal cow's milk OK? Or should I just get a mantra together??? e.g. He is not going to bite me, he is not going to bite me.....
I think this is mainly a plea for reassurance.
TIA.
