Just back from Tesco where I nearly tripped over a giant bloody Heinz Nurture display at the end of an aisle, 2 for £12 - is that allowed because it's supposedly for after 6mths?

DH innocently asked if we needed to get that now and then wished he hadn't as I lectured him all around the shop and made him buy Branston baked beans

Heinz must have paid a fortune for that kind of product display in Tescos

Think its ok for follow on formula because they can advertise it too cant they? maybe it only applies to breast milk substitutes ie. first milks

Yeah, it's fine for follow-on - the rule only applies to newborn milk, which is why follow-on exists. It doesn't exist in other countries where the laws re: formula advertising are different.
