CMPA milk ladder

DD has just turned one and I started the milk ladder with her a few weeks ago. We’ve started slowly and on the first rung she seemed to be tolerating 1/4 of a malted biscuit and then built up to 1/2 with seemingly no reaction. A couple of days ago I started to try a full biscuit- she’s seemed a bit unsettled but I wasn’t sure it was a reaction to the dairy until tonight when she’s had a dark green bowel movement (one of her symptoms when diagnosed months ago).

I am unsure what to do now - do I stop completely for 3 months before trying again or do I drop back to 1/2 a biscuit and stick there for a few months?

My DD had this and she’s now 2 and completely tolerant of dairy now, our consultant said to completely stop for a week and then start building tolerance again

Thanks, so after stopping for a week do I start back at the beginning of 1/4 biscuit or go straight back to the 1/2 she was tolerating and build up more slowly?

Sorry, she’s my third baby but my only CMPA one so it’s all new to me!

Yes they said to wait a week and then start what they were previously tolerating, no problem I know it can be hard and a lot to understand. I do also think some trusts give different advice too x
