Milk dilemma after 1st birthday

My 1-year-old was on Aldi formula, then we moved to cow’s milk but it seemed to irritate his stomach. We switched to goat’s milk, which he tolerates better, but he never seems very full on it and doesn’t eat much at mealtimes either. I’m now unsure what to do about his milk — whether to keep him on goat’s milk or try a stage 2 formula instead. Has anyone been in a similar situation?

He doesn’t actually need any milk after 1, if he doesn’t want it or it makes him sick or he eats better without it just scrap it.

He doesn't need milk. Cut it out.

Is he getting plenty of calcium from other sources? The BDA has a good guide here.

You alao need to look at replacing the fat and protein in milk so foods like oily fish are good replacements. Boys can have oily fish up to 3 times a week.

Calcium

How much calcium do different groups of people need and what foods and drinks are rich in calcium?

I'd be looking to reduce / cut any milk as a drink as long as he has other sources of calcium (yoghurt, cheese, milk in porridge, cheese sauces, green veg). Milk is filing and can reduce food consumption. my 16 month old barely drinks milk. Definitely don't use stage 2 formula, it's unregulated and the biggest scam going.
