Breast refusal/supply dip?

Looking for peoples advice!
I wasn’t sure if I wanted to carry on breastfeeding so did 4 days of only pumping and giving baby a bottle. During the time I realised how much I LOVE breastfeeding and maybe just needed the break. So yesterday put him back to breast, however…. It’s backfired!!
I noticed over the days my supply was dropping and I was pumping less and less. I’ve always had a fast letdown and a really healthy supply.
Baby is now refusing the breast very often unless at night or when very sleepy. He pulls off, squirms, kicks his legs etc
my breast feel completely empty all day which I know can be normal but isn’t normal for me, I would always feel noticeably fuller before a feed.
I think he’s frustrated with the lack of milk and how slow it comes out compared to a bottle! I’m stressed that my supply is going to keep going down and we’re never going to get back to normal
I’ve tried not to do a bottle today or yesterday as I almost want him to learn that it’s breast again and forget the bottle (he is still having wet nappies, I would of course do a bottle if he wasn’t!)
any advice on how to get past this?!

So you bottle bed rather than cup fed? It does sound as though he’s showing a clear preference for the bottles now. If you want to go back to EBFing I’d give one of the BFing Helplines a call to see if the BFC who answers has got any tips. She can at least talk you through hpw you’re feeling Flowers
