Havn't BF before as bottle fed DD1, but planning to give it a go this time.

Have everything I need except decent bras. Please can anyone help with advice. I can't imagine cup size will go up to more than a 'D' cup.

ummm, i was an A and am now a very good C 8 weeks into bf-ing....

try hotmilk for bras, very pretty.

Get soft stretchy ones (eg Bravado) to see you through the first couple of weeks when your size is all over the place (your ribs will shrink and cups expand), then go and get measured properly (JL, Debenhams, Bravissimo, NOT Mothercare or M&S) once everything's settled down.
NB remember you don't have to buy at the place you get measured - go away 'to think about it' then buy online.

i like emma-jane and anita, you can get both from figleaves online, sometimes reduced, after you've been measured elsewhere

HATED M&S bf-ing bras

I'm usually about a 34B/C and have just bought two bras from figleaves, a plain white Royce one in a 34D and a Emma-Jayne sleep one in a 34 (they don't do cup sizes just back sizes) the EJ one is fab very stretchy and comfy. Have been ranting about it on my antenatal thread figleaves should be paying me commission.

I plan to use these two for a few weeks until I can work out sizes, oh I've BF 2 DC before so am going on past experience too, my boobs get bigger but not that much bigger.

I used Mothercare's breast feeding support vests (they come in normal clothes sizes.. 10, 12, 14 etc) for the first couple of weeks then got fitted properly (not in Mothercare). Now use the vests when in bed.

BTW I went from a 32D to a G so if I'd bought bras beforehand they never would've fitted!

I had two Elle MAcPherson ones (from figleaves) can't remember the name of it but its lacy and sexy and attractive rather than a piece of scaffolding with some detachable hankies on it and a token bow...

Liked the Emma Jane bfing vest for sleeping in and also good as an underneath layer on cold days or if you're wearing a top that you might have to pull up and reveal your belly!
