Reasons why breastfeeding a toddler is great!

1. Before a feed, they ask you considerately if you have a tissue in your pocket to wipe their runny nose

youngbutnotdumb, the toddler stuff makes up for the utter horror of cluster feeding and sore nipples in the early stages so it's swings and roundabouts tbh... for every lovely moment there's crying at 3am (me as well as the baby!)

wallace, am barely preg tbh, only 5 weeks so hopefully he'll get bored sometime in the next 8 months either that or i'll resign myslef to tandem feeding!

my toddler is very young (13mo) but recently he's changed how he asks for a feed - instead of crying he asks to be picked up (arms out) then when i'm holding him he swivels round into the right position

These stories are lovely. I'm so looking forward to my 7 month old ds coming out with things like this

ds hands me the computer (I'm online while bfing)

ib my dd is only 6mths but our little routine for winding (she started it) is that she spins round and batters the keyboard while i rub her back!!

that made me giggle

DS applauded my "boos" this morning as I was getting dressed.

And then later on (he's been poorly today) he got himself in a right old state, was crying his head off and the only thing that would calm him down was boob.
