Underboob rash

I'm breastfeeding and my tiny breasts are now somewhat bigger and heavier and I now seem to have a rash under them, in the fold. Skin is dry, dark and yet also broken and itchy. What can I do? I don't think it's a fungus or anything. Do you use antiperspirant under them? Sounds like that might iritate the skin right now though.

I do live in a warm country and it's getting to summer now so every day is getting hotter and hotter, which explains why this is a problem now only (I'm 7 months pp).

I don't wear a bra and when I go out I wear a stretchy breastfeeding crop top (the medela one).

This sounds very much like a fungal rash. Classic place for it, and the broken skin and itching tally. I would apply an anti fungal cream twice a day such as clotrimazole or miconazole, after washing with unscented soap and drying thoroughly with hairdryer on a cool setting. After a couple of weeks, the fungal element should have been treated. Then switch to a barrier cream like Sudocrem - wash and drying thoroughly as before at least once a day and apply barrier cream thinly to prevent recurrence of the problem.
If the skin is really inflamed, or crusty, or if you are unwell in yourself with a fever, see a doctor. Wash all bras/crop tops on a hot wash.

. A decent quality athletes foot powder applied morning and night and it will be completely gone in a couple of days

Tea tree oil is just as effective if you want a natural method and there's a teatree and witch hazel cream made by lanes called teangi that works and is also brilliant for insect bites, hives, nappy rash or any itchy rashes ( I'm allergy prone person🙄 never without this cream as works for so many things)!
