Refusing to feed and trapped wind

My baby is 13 weeks old and since around 2 weeks she has had ongoing problems. She would always cry/scream after a feed. Always winded during and after feed. She’s always brought up her wind but no matter how much we try, she always seems to be struggling with trapped wind. She cries when passing wind, which she still does now. We have always kept upright while feeding and after a feed. At first it was thought to be reflux related. She’s became constipated on Hipp organic and developed a rash all over her face at around 5 weeks old. After visiting the gp they prescribed nutrimigin. Took to it okay at first and the rash had gone after a few days I don’t know whether this was baby acne or related to cmpa? then by the end of the week she started refusing bottles after 1 oz and would scream if tried to offer the bottle again. After seeing HV and her dropping centiles they advised to go back to GP and go back to previous formula as they had believed that the bottle refusal was because of the taste. They got hold of the gp and they contacted myself and said maybe best to go back to hipp or try something else. Even though she had only been on nutrimigin a week. I didn’t want to put her back on hipp as I knew it constipated her so I agreed to try C&G Comfort. She was still crying after feeds and refusing feeds on comfort milk. The rash never came back but she was still struggling with awful trapped wind and the strangest part is she’s so happy laying on a changing mat or play mat. The only way we can hold her/carry her is her straight up and facing outwards with her back against us. the minute she’s picked up and held in a cradle or over the shoulder she will scream. We have been back and forward to the gp and hv. We went to a private paediatrician and also A&E as she refused feeds completely one day. The doctor prescribed lansoprozol. She was on this 2 weeks and nothing improved. We never really suspected reflux as she’s happy sleeping flat and she is only happy when laying on play mat or changing mat. At times she inconsolable and the only way we can stop her crying is to lay her down on a changing mat and she’ll almost immediately stop crying. The only times we can get smiles is when she’s laying down. When she’s held or in bouncy chair she just cries and is really unsettled. When we have to get her to sleep we have to use a dummy as she’s so unsettled and eventually she’ll fall asleep. She was refusing feeds and it was battle to get her to take something. We were then referred to a outpatient paediatrician who we saw last week and prescribed neocate for cmpi. She’s been on it 5 days I know it can take 2 weeks or longer to see improvement but there’s been nothing worse. It does seem to have caused a bit of relic as thin so she seems a little worse if anything. I’ve noticed when looking in her mouth she seems to have a high palate. We have asked all the health professionals about tongue tie and they have never thought this was the case. We have tried so many different bottles and teats and the only bottle we can get her to take 4/5oz on is a mam bottle. She latches but you will see constant bubbles where it sounds like she is letting go but then she immediately drinks again and then this happens throughout the whole feed. She sleeps well at night we have to wake her to feed as she’s not taking much in the day. She doesn’t nap any longer than 30 minutes in the day. It’s the worst feeling seeing her in what just seems to be constant pain and so uncomfortable. Anyone have anything similar or any ideas or advice would be much appreciated? Thank you
