Weaning my breastfed baby onto a bottle

Hi everyone!
Me and my partner have a well deserved night away just the two of us soon. Our daughter is going to be 9 months old next week and I need to get her onto a bottle however we’ve tried multiple different bottles but she isn’t interested in the slightest. I’m feeling very defeated and wondering if anyone had any advice on how to get her to take one. Thank you in advance :)

Hey.. we skipped bottles and went straight to a cup. Look up a doidy cup or even just the Tommy tippie ones. My baby was a total bottle refuser and was fine when I left her around this age.. she took the cup when I wasn’t there but refused anything other than boob when I was there! Enjoy 😊

You won't get her to take a botttle now. Just get a cup. She'll be fine

Sippy cup at that age, mine never took a bottle but was fine with a sippy cup. Enjoy your night away.

I agree with the previous posters. There's no point getting your baby to use a bottle. Get a basic free flow cup or use an open cup. Yes, there will be spills. 😀 Some information from the NCT.

Who is your childcare for that evening? Maybe they could have baby over a usual feed time and play with baby and offer them a bottle/sippy cup at appropriate times? You might find that baby is happy if it's not obvious that there will be another alternative - post lunch might be better than just before bed when emotions are high.
