Breastfeeding supply when poorly

Hi
I have a health condition which means I need to get a good stretch of sleep in each night, to function.
We decided to combi-feed our recently born DS due to this. My husband can then do majority night feeds.
However, its day nine and I already feel my supply drying up. Is there anything I can do to maintain/up my supply, without getting up every two/three hours? Thanks

At this early stage, I think you do need to express frequently through the day/night to establish your supply - but bumping for you in case others may know better!

I’m afraid for at least the first 6 weeks you will need to pump or feed every few hours overnight to mimic normal newborn behaviour. During the night your prolactin levels are higher which boosts your supply.

I personally find pumping more effort than breastfeeding but obviously you know what suits you and your situation best.

Even if you can't be up every 2-3 hours could you wake once in the night between 1am - 3am ? This is when your prolactin is highest and that's the hormone that keeps your supply going so is quite an important time to pump if possible.
Could you then sleep 8-2 for 6 hours and then 3-6 or so? Sorry that isn't ideal
Could you speak to LLL or the Breastfeeding Network tomorrow? They will have some better advice hopefully
