If they are struggling you could always go up a test dice and see if they cope any better. Are you doing paced feeding?

Personally I think Dentinox is better as you can just add it to their bottle.

We use nuk M teats with formula. The S ones were really REALLY slow and DD was very frustrated with them.

I'd personally stick with slow flow, but switch to infacol instead of dentinkx or gripe water.

Iv used dentinox before and preferred it with my other children. I'm gonna stick to it this time too, even though my partner prefers gripe water, there's a 16 year old gap between baby and my next youngest child and gripe water was better when he was a baby. I'm gonna try the m ones from today, maybe have a Xmas miracle and baby actually enjoys a bottle 🙂 thanks guys

Tried infacol before but it just made baby very sicky

Also is dentinox colic drops better to use for the 6 times it states on bottle or just when needed? My baby usually goes every 3 hours between feeds but sometimes 2 hours,I'm assuming this is normal or should I consider hungry baby milk?

I'd put the Dentinox in 6 of the bottles if she were mine.

Babies have a wonderful way of regulating how much they need and wanting to feed every two hours at this age is perfectly normal.

Hungry baby milk can interfere with that self regulation as it makes them feel fuller for longer without providing anymore calories. So it's essentially like putting a tiny baby on a calorie restricted diet.

I'd only use Hungry Baby milk in the advice of a Paediatrician personally.

Thank you, baby girl is my 4th baby but there is a 15 year age gap between her and my next youngest child and I remember nothing 😆 I thought it would all come back to me but it hasn't and even stuff I sort of remember I'm not sure is correct. I'm tempted to change her bottles to tommee tippee bottles too but she's only been on the nuk M teat for a couple of days after being on the S teats for weeks so may leave it for a while. When I first changed her over she was draining a 5oz bottle so I thought she needed extra milk but now she is only taking 4oz again so maybe not

Iv also tried paced feeding but she doesn't like it that much, that being said I do follow her lead and when she wants a break I do take the bottle out of her mouth and wind her and change her, she likes to have a nappy change halfway through a feed and also a play then too, 9 times out of 10 she is asleep or wanting to go to sleep by the time she finishes the rest of her feed so a play in the middle of the feed is good for her. She does sometimes wake up ages before another bottle without seeming hungry so sometimes has a play then. I am really lucky with her, she's such a cheerful baby, full of smiles and charm so sometimes it's tricky to know when she is actually hungry as doesn't do hunger cues, just cries when she is ravenous for the bottle
