Scalding expressed milk...??

Just about to start expressing milk for ds2 in the evenings, which I'm intending to freeze for the time being (not returning to work for ages, might use in while (food) weaning, boobs full in evenings but ds sleeps 7pm-3am).

Did this with ds1, who took milk (fresh or defrosted or a mixture) to CM and took it fine in a bottle. However, I am wondering whether I should be scalding the milk I express to make it more palateable and less soapy tasting...?

Can someone explain to me (an idiots guide please) how and why you scald expressed breast milk - what purpose does scalding serve? When can you do it in relation to expressing/feeding? What is the best method? Does/can this be done if the milk is going to be frozen?

I'd value any advice! Thanx

I found some information on kellymom about scalding milk if soapy due to excess lipase.

IT says that scalding can destroy some of the qualities of the milk, but that this isn't a problem if you aren't feeding heat treated milk exclusively.

kellymom is a great resource and this was just a quick search I did; there might be more information on there.
