Hi All,

I wanted to pleas ask, I have bought some vit d drops to put into my LO who is 11 months water, but I have no idea how to do it. Like it says to put the drops into the water but im just worried of the bit drops being in the water over an extended period of time because my LO hardly finishes his whole bottle of water in a day so by the drops being in water for long time, by drinking it will it be safe?

Probably sound very dumb but honestly these lack of instructions on these products annoy me so I'm just asking for some clarification please.

For this reason I haven't given my LO vit d drops till now, I feel so bad and guilty, top it off with post partum depression, the anxieties stopped me from a lot, so please do advice me if its bad that I haven't given my LO vit d drops for this long and will it be okay to just start now

Do they still have milk and you can add to that? Or yogurt/breakfast?

they don't have bottle anymore otherwise I would have liked to put it in that, but thank you for the tip on putting it into yoghurt, he loves yoghurt so I'll try see if I can sneak it in!

I'm sure you can give it to them straight off a spoon too. Though that depends on your child if they'll take it like that or not. Babies never used to get vit d and they where fine. No need to worry about starting late also if they was formula fed formula has vit d added to it.
