How long does it take to replenish breastmilk after feeding/expressing?

I'm breastfeeding my dd (2.5wks old) and expressing a full feed in the morning for use later on. She's beginning to demand the breast more often and i'm concerned about diminishing my actual breastmilk by expressing too much in one go. Does anyone know roughly how long it takes between a feed/express and your breasts to replenish to enable another good feed?
Maybe i should express a bit less at a time but more often - finding the time's the issue here as she sleeps well after her breakfast and is mostly awake in the afternoons.

Brownhare, the more often milk is removed from the breasts, the more quickly it is replaced. So you cannot give a duration time for 'replenishing' as it varies with the frequency of removal. www.kellymom.com explains this and it is worth a read. Short gaps between feeds/expressings = quick replacement, and the reverse is true. Long gaps = less milk.

Expressing at this early stage to give a full feed later on is not a good idea, therefore...unless you also express at the time the expressed milk is being given in the bottle. The reason is that you are making a l....o....n....g gap between breastfeeds by giving the expressed breastmilk, and this decreases your supply.

When a baby is still young, you support breastfeeding better by feeding often, in response to the baby's needs.

You will not 'steal' your baby's milk by expressing a lot in the morning - your body just thinks there's another baby or else your baby is especially hungry. So go ahead, but remember you will also need to express at the time she is having that expressed milk, which rather defeats the object of the expressing (if it is done to give you a break later).

Hope this helps.
