Infant feeding

Poor bottle latch and reflux

My six week old daughter has been bottle fed from birth as she wouldn't latch to my breast in hospital. In hospital we were told it's normal for babies to dribble a fair bit of milk when feeding, however we've been having issues with her vomiting formula up, being constipated, not finishing bottles, crying after feeds and being very refluxy (she gets the hiccups multiple times a day).

I took her to a cranial osteopath mainly for the constipation and he said she possibly has a small tongue tie and that a longer teat might be best when feeding. When I mentioned she dribbles a lot when feeding he said she shouldn't be dribbling any milk and this is likely contributing to her reflux. He suggested a longer teat but I'm unsure on which one to go for?

She's currently using MAM anti-colic bottles, I've looked at Tommee Tippee anti-colic bottles amongst others but I don't know which teat will likely be the best... has anyone else dealt with something similar and can provide some advice on which bottle to change too?

I'm seeing the health visitor next week but so far they haven't been much help with anything I've asked them for advice with...

DC, particularly DS, were similar. We used Dr Brown's bottles, and always used a teat for a younger age I.e. he moved to the 3-6 month teat at 6 months and the 6-9 month teat at 9 months.
I also found Next bibs were the best to keep vest and baby gro dry, although everything still turned yellow around the neck from the dribbling.
