I’m combo feeding 3 month old and many of the formulas don’t mention combo feed they say breast is best, I did notice aptamil was only one who mentioned (may spelt wrong) but is kendamil fine for combo feed?

All formulas are fine for combo feeding @dancingfruit. They all have to adhere to strict standards so one isn't necessarily better than another. The marketing is pretty clever though so it's easy to think that one would be better.

Personally I'd start with the cheapest one that is available locally.

Aptamil for instance spends an awful lot in marketing and is made in the same factory as Cow & Gate.

We used kendamil as it’s the only milk made from full fat milk. In my opinion it didn’t smell half bad like all the other formulas either 🤢 But generally they’ve all got to adhere to strict legislation about contents so all just as beneficial.

There's nothing magic about aptamil OP. As everyone else has said all formula has to meet the same basic nutritional standards. Ingredients do vary so some brands may suit a particular baby more than others but non is intrinsically better or worse than any other.
Aptamil had a very successful slogan many years ago, that would be illegal now, claiming to be "closer to breastmilk". That's a pretty meaningless statement. Closer than what? How much closer? And in what way closer? In reality it is no more or less like breastmilk than any other formula. It's a perfectly good brand but it's not special. But the slogan stuck and even today you will hear lots of people saying things like "Apparently Aptamil is the formula that's most like breastmilk" even though it is a very long time since that type of wording was allowed.
If your baby is settled on kendamil (or any other brand come to that) and you are happy with it, just stick to that. You don't need to change unless there's some kind of problem and you can combi feed with any brand.
