How can I not wear breast pads?!

I seem to just have an abundance of milk and I can't be braless because I need breast pads or I'm constantly soaking. The thing is my boobs are like chafed and red and irritated from all the bras and breast pads. I need a break! I've tried putting a Hakka on one boob whilst feeding from the other which helps but I randomly leak inbetween feeds so it's just not a good enough alternative to breast pads. Is there a better way?!

Have you tried washable pads for the day?

Washable bamboo reusable ones,;. Think i got them on ebay. Life saver. That and cabbage leaves

At night wear a "secret support" style vest with a folded muslin tucked in. In the day you can wear washable pads but I don't find them as absorbant to be honest.

I got washable pads and a haakaa ladybird collection shell. It sits in your bra to catch leakage, so you still need a bra but at least the milk is collected in case you want to use it. They come in different sizes depending on volume. I don't know if they're any good as I didn't have oversupply and never needed any of them. Still breastfeeding round the clock but no freezer stash. Hope you find something soft/comfortable.
