Clueless about daily feeding

Hi everyone
I apologise about the naivety of my post.
My daughter is 7 months old and I started introducing breakfast and dinner. She also has 4 x 8oz a day.
For the past few days she's gone off her milk. She will probably drink around 6oz if that?
Does anyone know if this is normal? I'm worried she isn't getting enough and I'm getting conflicting information how much she should have.
Also the amount of times to give her, her milk and when during the day.
Sorry new mum idiot here!
Thank you in advance

From 6 months a minimum of 20oz is recommended. That amount includes mill in cereal and dairy products.

I used to give milk first and food an hour or more later e.g. milk 7, 11, 3, 7 and food 8, 12 and 5

I would just follow her lead with milk. It may be that she is now getting more from breakfast and tea so she wants less, it may be teething, coming down with a cold and is not as hungry. Everyone tends to find their own routine, so whatever works for you is fine. If it's helpful we tend to do milk feed (6oz) at 7am, 11am, 3pm and 7pm. Then breakfast, lunch and dinner at 8am, 12pm and 6pm.

As a PP said just follow her lead with milk. If she's having 6oz four times a day that's plenty. NHS website recommends 600ml per day between 7 and 9 months old, which is a little less than she's currently having.

As long as she's happy, healthy, taking milk and solids you're grand.

For reference my DD is almost 9 months and has between 500 and 600ml per day which is 16-20oz and eats three meals and one snack.

I think it's pretty normal to feel a bit clueless at times @Amychick33 Wink

Have you seen this guide from the Caroline Walker Trust? It gives you a guide on how much milk you should be aiming for between 7&9 months and then between 10&12 months.
