How much oat milk when still breastfeeding?

Evening everyone,

My little boy will be 1 on Friday. I'm still breastfeeding, he usually has 1-2 night feeds (around 1am sometimes and always between 4-5am). During the day it's 2-3 feeds (4pm and before bed; the mid-morning one is only some days). He's a great eater too.

I don't mind either way about stopping breastfeeding or continuing, but I've realised over the last two weeks, he's not been asking as much anymore. He does however still feed to sleep (this way, he's always sleeping within 20 mins so I don't want to change that for now) and he uses bf as a way to calm down when he's distressed after the doctors or has hurt himself so for these reasons, I'm not really looking to stop at the moment red. He's cmpa and we're doing the milk ladder, not quite reached cows milk yet so I'll be giving him oatly barista.
Can I please ask how much should I be giving him to drink when still breastfeeding? Can I do both or is the milk there to replace breastfeeding?

Would be grateful to hear what others have done :)

I did both from around that age. I would give about 4/5oz and see how he gets on. I usually offered boob first but sometimes- especially as he got older- he would actually ask for a bottle instead.

You can think about Night Weaning now he's 12 months as well.

Once he's 12 months it doesn't matter how much he has. He no longer needs any milk.

My son has CMPA and at 1 we used alpro soya growing up milk on his cereal and when I stopped breastfeeding I swapped bedtime and morning milk for a cup of soya milk. He still has those now at 4 because he likes them.

Oat milk is the poorest from a nutritional point of view, soya milk would be better for protein and almond milk for calcium. There are some soya milk enriched in calcium or with more protein.
Could you maybe consider those?
On cereal, in pancakes or as a drink and breastfeeding when going to bed
