7.5 month old not drinking or eating

My 7.5mo LG isn’t hasnt been drinking her milk the last 4 days. She’s been having about 200-400mls a day when she used to have about 700-800 per day with meals (2 meals a day). She had a fever for a day on Weds and GP said her throat looked a bit sore and she’s teething (excessive drool, chewing). We’ve tried giving paracetamol and teething gel but hasn’t helped with the drinking or eating. She also sometimes cries when she sees the bottle.
Could teething be putting her off milk and food this bad? Or could it be her throat?
At what point do we worry about how much she’s drinking or eating?

Edit: she seems a lot better in herself, no fever and doesn’t seem to be uncomfortable compared to last few days

Hey OP I know that when my DS has a fever or is unwell everything goes out the window.

Is she drinking water or any other liquids?

We definitely resorted to comfort food when my DS was ill and I think he lived on peanut butter on toast for nearly a week as it was the only thing he'd eat

Has she got any firm favourites that you could give her? Or yoghurt or something soothing for her throat

The milk wouldn't worry me too much if she was having some water.

@BradPittsLeftTit Yes she loves yoghurt and had maybe two spoonfuls this morning. She’s having sips of water. Just a bit worried she’s not getting enough nutrients.

If she's having wet and dirty nappies ,it's less of a worry. I personally would run it by 111 (don't flame me guys, pls). I'd keep offering water and perhaps milk in a cup of refusing bottle.

Teething can def make a little one fussy, but any signs of dehydration might be something to keep an eye on?

I think @Toomanypickles is definitely right about wet and poo nappies:

As long as the nappies are wet through the day then she's ok and I would just keep offering food and drink constantly. If yoghurts her thing then maybe just keep giving her bits.

111 is not a bad idea but be prepared they may send an ambulance due to her age for a welfare check (which is no bad thing)

When my DD9 months was teething a couple of weeks ago she didn't eat properly for a good week or two. Only ate a few spoons of yoghurt and like 1/2 bites toast and cheese but nothing else. She was having dirty and wet nappies still but hardly any food!

If she doesn't seem unwell in herself and is drinking her milk and having a few bites of food at least then she is likely well. Obviously though if she gets a fever, or wet/dirty nappies drop then I'd contact GP.

She’s still having wet and dirty nappies which is a good sign. We did call 111 on Thursday(?) who sent us to the out of hours GP who didn’t really seemed concerned tbh and advised us to just syringe milk but she clamps her mouth shut! She also mentioned about the sore throat and to bring her back if her fever returns and she continues to not eat and drink.
It’s reassuring to see your babies have gone off food and drink for longer periods, j think I’m just panicking because this is the longest she’s gone off her milk!

Hmm. I think hydration is the most important thing. I wouldn’t worry too much about the food but she needs her milk. If she’s been off her milk for more than a week then I’d call 111 again as 200 ml of milk a day isn’t much if she’s also not drinking.
