Really need to increase my supply

Any electric double pump will be good - medela or Ardo.

Drink lots of water - at least 3 litres per day.

Eat high nutrition food - oats are good.

Why do you think you have low supply?

Ok best of luck with it! You're still not too late!

Your body will respond too by having lots of skin to skin and letting baby nurse as much as possible also for comfort.

Lots of online resources available to reintroduce breastfeeding and a lactation consultant may help too!

You can hire hospital grade ones which are meant to be the best for establishing and increasing supply - I used a Medela one in hospital, am now using a Lansinoh double electric pump at home now supply is established

Agree that hospital grade ones are what you need. A models symphony can be rented for about £50 a month from medals. The best pump by far. The next best I would say is one of the Spectra ones. Either S1 or S2. Both are about £120-£150 from amazon etc. Good luck. It’s not too late.

Oats in the morning helped me, and a pump that can do different suction levels/rhythms really helped mimic DC. I have the spectra and it was easy to look after

I also liked to cover up the pump with a Muslin so I couldn't actually watch (read get stressed out by) the amount of output.
I'd try and find time to sit / relax / pump and look at pictures of my baby or even better a video of my baby feeding.

In the early days I got more milk out by pumping and feeding from the other breast, even a hakaa pump that you can stick on in the middle of the night can help
