Baby averse to breastfeeding now

Hi all. Wondering if anyone's been in a similar situation.

DD is 17 weeks tomorrow and was breastfeeding fine. Has CMPA but I'd cut all dairy out of my diet so she was fairly settled. She wasn't gaining weight quickly enough for HV so was advised to supplement with formula. This tends to constipate her but GP kept reassuring me that babies her age can go up to 10 days without a poo. Anyway since then DD gradually got increasingly fussy at the breast, and now every feed is a battle which ends in tears and I end up giving her formula. Initially she rejects the bottle but if I try again 10 mins later, sometimes she takes it. Weirdly she also has a strong preference for my right breast even though she barely stays on there for more than a couple of minutes.

We have spoken to a dietician who thinks it's down to chronic constipation. DD is on maximum dose lactulose for the last week and while this has helped a TINY bit, feeding is still a mission and I often end up having to give her a huge top up afterwards just to make sure she has had enough. I'm trying to pump as much as I can to maintain my supply but realistically I don't think I can keep up for much longer.

Has anyone been through anything similar? Does it get better or is my BF journey over? I'm really worried she will be just as bad with solids. She has already dropped from 25th to 0.4 percentile but ever since I started supplementing, has remained on 0.4 for the last 6 weeks.

She is on omeprazole for silent reflux but these symptoms seem to have improved. The aversion started about a month ago so it's just been extremely stressful.

Going to check her mouth for thrush tomorrow too. Not sure what else this could be done to. Everytime she starts feeding, she suddenly pulls off as if something is stopping her...unless she's drowsy.
