Probably ok for a couple of hours

I don't know officially but if it's been drunk from I haven't been keeping it as much as it pains me! Unused I've been keeping it out for up to 6 hours.

The guidance I have read says

Freshly expressed - 4 hours
In the fridge - 4 days
In the freezer - 6 months (but can be up to 12 months)

Once milk has been thawed from fridge/freezer it is good for 2 hours.

Personally, I have kept this 2 hour rule for milk which has been partially drunk and DS is fine!

6, 5, 6.

6 hours on the side at room temp
5 days in the main part of the fridge (not the door - constant temp)
6 months in the freezer.

If they've drunk from it it should be dispossed of after an hour due to the bacteria from their mouth in the bottle. However, I've always put it back in the fridge (straight away though not left on the side) and given at the next feed. Its way too much effort to pump out just to bin it

Yes but op is asking how long to keep milk that has been partially drunk from.
I would say 1-2 hours

If they've drunk from it and hour or two

It needs to be discarded after the feed. Even if she hasn’t had much

Doing small bottles of say 30-50ml helps reduce the waste. As it totally sucks
