Possible tongue tie? 7 month old

Hello, this is my first time posting (long time reader) but I was wondering if anyone could help me?

It’s been mentioned to me several times by family members and friends about how strange my DD’s tongue looks - I have noticed it looks ‘heart shaped’ but I asked about it at her 8 week GP check and was told she’s fine.

She can’t seem to stick it out without her bottom lip coming to, like she can’t lift it over. Also when she cries the centre of her tongue barely lifts up.

She’s almost 7 months old, has suffered terribly with wind her whole life and has reflux (she is bottle fed, SMA and use Nuk bottles, but have tried every bottle brand going) so I’m wondering if she is possibly tongue tied after all?

I have attached a picture, unfortunately it’s the best one I could find (actually a screenshot from a video).

She is my first baby so obviously I don’t really know what I’m looking for in tongue tie so if anyone could put my mind at ease, that’ll be really helpful!

Ok so below is a more clear view of what tt looks like.

Ive put a link below for why babies might stick their tongue out like your DD. (She is adorable btw).

My DD11 almost always had your DDs face and it ALWAYS meant "I'm hungry"

My daughter had tongue tie and hers was just like this in shape and positioning before she had it cut.

Both my sons had tongue tie and they looked exactly like that. It's such a simple procedure to fix and will help with speech as well as feeding. X
